Rosie’s Chips was born from a vision—to bring back an all-natural, truly clean potato chip to the world. Growing up in Central Pennsylvania, the potato chip capital of the world, we developed a deep love for this iconic snack. But over time, mass-produced chips became loaded with ultra-processed seed oils, additives, and chemicals. Inspired by Rose Adams, a 102-year-old Central Pennsylvania legend and beloved member of our family, we set out to create something better. Rosie was known for her love of people, her incredible home-cooked comfort foods, and the warmth she brought to every meal.
