All purchases made through our platform are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, who are solely responsible for product quality, shipping, and compliance.

By accessing or using our website ("the Site"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.
• You agree not to use our platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• You understand that PBC is not responsible for product defects, inaccuracies in supplier listings, or shipping delays.

3. Marketplace Role & Supplier Responsibility

• No Endorsement: PBC does not endorse or guarantee any supplier or product.
• No Warranty: All products are sold "as-is." Any warranties are provided solely by the supplier.
• Supplier Policies Apply: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by individual supplier policies. You must refer to the supplier’s terms before purchasing.

4. Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed via Stripe and routed to suppliers through Violet.io while deducting our commission.
• Prices are subject to change. PBC is not responsible for errors in pricing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PBC disclaims all liability for:

• Product defects, inaccuracies, or failures.
• Supplier fraud, misrepresentation, or non-fulfillment.
• Shipping damages or delays.
• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through written communication within 30 days.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via binding arbitration in Idaho.
• Class actions are waived; claims must be filed individually.
