We’re sisters, best friends, and co-hosts of the No Sugar podcast—but most importantly, we’re proof that you can rebuild your health from the inside out.
Our journey started with a wake-up call: our mom’s diagnosis with MS forced us to look closer at what we were putting in and on our bodies. From there, we became our own guinea pigs—cycling through diets, workouts, supplements, and wellness trends, only to realize that most of what’s being sold today isn’t health. It’s convenience disguised as care. It’s profit disguised as wellness. And we’re done with it. It wasn’t until we stripped things back to the basics that everything changed.
Kateri is a NASM-certified personal trainer, group fitness and Mat Pilates instructor, and certified nutrition coach. Together, we’ve helped thousands of women simplify their health, strengthen their routines, and reconnect to their God-given design. We don’t believe in hacks—we believe in foundations. And we’re here to help you build yours.
