After battling the detrimental effects on my health from a vegan diet in my teen years, with no answers from doctors to treat my increasing chronic health issues, I began researching a way to heal my damaged gut. I discovered raw milk and realized the medicinal power of traditional foods as my health issues began disappearing one by one.
During this time, I was a pre-med student planning to become a doctor of osteopathic medicine. But I began to realize something wasn’t right with what I was learning — especially when it came to nutrition. The diet they recommended had actually led me to the worst health of my life. Ironically, the diet that helped me heal was the very one they dismissed. A few semesters before applying to medical schools, I made a bold choice: I dropped out and became a certified Primal Health Coach instead—a path that aligned far more with my research and values.
Now, I help people fast-track their path to effortless health by sharing ways to apply the years of research and diet troubleshooting I’ve done through recipes, lifestyle habits, and traditional practices.
