Hi! My name is Hannah. I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and the owner of Nourish & Flourish, LLC—but my journey started long before the credentials.
I grew up in a home where we questioned conventional health advice and took a thoughtful, research-based approach to wellness. Even so, by my mid-20s, I was completely drained. I looked “healthy” on paper, but inside I was anxious, exhausted, dealing with stubborn breakouts, constant constipation, and period cramps that were downright brutal.
It didn’t add up—especially on a low-carb, “clean” diet that was supposed to fix everything. But when I discovered a new approach to supporting my metabolism through nourishment instead of restriction, everything shifted. I had energy again. I felt calm, grounded, and finally free in my body.
Now, I help others find that same freedom—without gimmicks or extremes. Just real food, sustainable changes, and support that honors your body’s needs.
